Customers receive a simple Add to Wallet link—via email, SMS, or your own portal. They can preview the pass details and add it to Apple Wallet (iOS) or Google Wallet (Android) in a few taps. No app download is required, and once saved, the pass is easy to find when it matters (e.g., at check-in or entry).

This means you can keep your current event or membership stack and add the Wallet layer on top.
Passlet supports scannable QR passes for fast entry and validation. You can either:Generate unique QR codes per attendee/member through Passlet, orBring your existing QR codes from a third-party registration/check-in system and embed them into the wallet pass
This makes it easy to streamline entry while keeping your current validation process and tooling intact.
Yes. Passlet can be used to power on-site touchpoints so customers see the right information at the right moment—without needing an app.NFC touchpoints: place NFC tags at entry points, gates, or rooms. When a customer taps their phone, the tag can open a branded page (or your customer portal) that shows the relevant pass and a short message like “Welcome — Hall B, Door 3” or “Scan your QR at the next checkpoint.”Beacon/location experiences (where applicable): beacons can help surface contextual prompts on arrival (behavior depends on device/platform settings and permissions).Important note: NFC doesn’t “push” messages by itself—customers typically tap to trigger the experience (which may appear as a system prompt/notification with a link). This keeps it simple, privacy-friendly, and reliable for venue guidance.
